Born in Washington, DC, Keri grew up in the Northern Virginia area playing basketball and soccer. It was clear early that Keri had an athletic passion and talent. Years of AAU basketball set the stage for Keri to be a 4 year varsity starter at her high school. A full scholarship to George Mason University. Keri became the all-time leading scorer at GMU, a title she still holds. A.B.S. in Accounting and the read world waiting. Keri chose instead to continue her playing career in Sweden. Four seasons of elite basketball in Sweden and a summer in WNBA with the Washington Mystics, Keri brings wealth of playing experience to Dream Big Basketball Academy. During her lengthy career, Keri has been able to coach, work camps and hold private lessons for youth at all ages and levels. Dream Big Basketball Academy is an exciting venue for Keri to continue to influence and be influenced by the game she loves!

After receiving several honors as a local basketball start at North Mecklenburg High School, Devona Allgood, continued her basketball career as a four-year starter at Princeton University. She assisted Princeton to three Ivy Championship runs, including two perfect 14-0 seasons in league play. As a senior captain, Allgood finished her college career as the No. 12 all-time scorer in school history with, 1,177 points, while also ranking in Priceton's top-10 in: blocks, field-goals made, field goal percentage, games played, rebounds and rebound average. During that year, her team also made school history with its first NCAA Top-25 ranking.
Allgood extended her basketball career as she played professionally for Telge Basket in Stockholm, Sweden. Injury sent her back home, where she chose to remain and now works as a Civil Engineer for Cole,Jenest & Stone.

Donte' Watson is from Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated from Seventy First High School in Fayetteville the year of 2005, where he was a three year letterman as SF/PF. He graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University in 2009 with a degree in Sports Management. He was a four year starter and named the 2005-2006 South Atlantic Conference freshman of the year. After college graduation, He moved back to Fayetteville where he coached basketball at Seventy First for 4 years where he Volunteered with Varsity 2010-2011. Head coached JV 2011-2013 and 2015-2016. He's also trained athletes individually, worked basketball camps and volunteer coached AAU teams.
The son of two army vets he moved around a lot developing tons of basketball knowledge wherever he went. Coach Watson has an immense love for the game. He wants to show the players how much basketball can impact their life and show them that hard work can take you to the top.
Hammonds leads her high school in all time assist and scoring. Also is the MVP of the 2008 state championship, becoming the only female to do so in Cabarrus County. She then went to UNC-Charlotte where she made a couple all conference awards. Selected as one of the player making the buzz for the Nancy Lieberman award given to the nation's top point guard. As a junior Hammonds set single season records for assist and minutes played. She finished 8th in the nation for assist per game, was number one for five straight weeks. As a senior she collected back to back triple doubles which has only been done in six times in NCAA history. She is the all time assist leader at UNC-Charlotte. Hammonds has now played two years professionally. First year in Vilnius, Lithuania. First half of the second season in Ivanovo, Russia and ended in Alba, Romania. She is still playing professionally.
